ZA Kettlebell Challenge – Special Edition – Instructors Only – Events

ZA Kettlebell Challenge includes six events. Those events are based on the six SFG 1 fundamentals. The set-up and the execution of each event must respect the SFG standard for the relevant exercise.

Below are the particulars of each event/exercise in the context of ZA Kettlebell Challenge.

Beware! This online edition forces us to suspend certain elements of the rules to make the event more fluid. In the descriptions below, you will see those elements in red. Please, do not forget that the rules are meant to insure your safety as well as consistency regarding the SFG standard. Since some of the rules are suspended, please, make the respect of the standard your priority.
